Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging (SMS) program operated by Sherwood Plumbing Company (“Sherwood Plumbing,” “we,” “us”), of PO Box 1398, Sherwood, OR 97140.
1. Program Description
When you opt in to text messages from Sherwood Plumbing Company, you agree to receive informational messages from us at the mobile number you provided, including:
- Messages about your service request or quote;
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates;
- Account and invoice notifications;
- Follow-ups related to work we have performed for you.
This is not a marketing subscription list; messages relate to your service relationship with us.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your service activity.
3. Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Any such charges are billed by your mobile carrier per your mobile plan. Sherwood Plumbing Company does not charge for text messages.
4. Opting Out
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message from us, and no further messages will be sent to you. You may also opt out by calling (503) 822-5070 or emailing office@sherwoodplumbingcompany.com; once processed, no further messages will be sent.

6. Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in data are handled per our Privacy Policy. Your text-messaging opt-in data will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties for their marketing purposes.
7. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
