We don’t quote plumbing work over the phone, because the same symptom can mean three different jobs. We come out, see what’s actually happening, and give you a written price before any work starts.
For service-call jobs you’re billed when the work is finished. For larger projects that run longer than a single service-call window, we take a deposit at the start and work to a milestone schedule. No surprises on the invoice.
